Duplex Cards - 2x 270gsm ultra smooth white sheets bonded to create a double-layered 540gsm business card.
Please note we advise the application of laminate for designs with heavy solid ink coverage to ensure the best results, especially when bleeding off the edges to seal the print and avoid chipping in use, available on smooth white only.
650gsm Textured White/Off-White
Slightly textured to offer an uncoated finish, perfect for those less is more designs or to offer a more rustic look to images and photos.

Double-layered business cards printed digitally to one side only on a choice of the following uncoated stocks:
- 540gsm smooth white (also available with laminate to one or both sides)
- 650gsm textured white
- 650gsm textured off-white
Please note we advise the application of laminate for designs with heavy solid ink coverage to ensure the best results, especially when bleeding off the edges to seal the print and avoid chipping in use, available on smooth white only.
Artwork requirements
Please supply press ready artwork, ideally in PDF format set CMYK with 3mm of bleed on all edges and off-set crop marks applied.
Where possible please ensure artwork is centred without colour bars or file information applied, these are not required and often result in files being positioned incorrectly when using our imposition software.
Please note due to cutting tolerances we advise all elements of your design which aren’t intended to bleed off, should be set a minimum of 5mm from all edges to avoid cutting issues.
